How much fun can be packed into a 22-pound Swagtron? Well, whether you weigh in at 40 or 220 pounds, there will be just about that much fun!
There’s absolutely no reason to be bored when you have the Swagtron to engage and constantly challenge your imagination and skills. So, let’s take a closer look at what you’ll be getting.
First things first
You’ve decided to get the Swagtron, so now it’s time to choose the color of Swagtron’s attractive acrylic body shell. You have choices: Black, gold, white, pink, blue or red. No matter the chassis color, when you push the power button, cool blue LED lights greet you.
Swagtron features a long-lasting, lithium ion battery package, which is housed in a tough aluminum shell. Swagtron is tops in its class of two wheel, hands free self-balancing electric scooters for safety. Why? The Swagtron is the first one to get the respected UL2272 designation for electrical and fire safety, which is a great selling point for your folks.
Build your balance and strengthen your stance
Often, electric hoverboards are called self-balance scooters, and for good reason. Swagtron is the newest in this class of rideables. You can build up your balance skills on the Swagtron as you control turns and start or stop by using changes in your balance.
When you’re ready to ride, push the power button, put Swagtron into the learn mode and step onto to Swagtron’s slip-resistant foot pads.
To start, point your toes toward the ground, slightly shifting your weight forward. That will start the Swagtron’s quiet motor that propels you forward. Be sure not to lean your whole body forward to start.
To turn left, you shift your weight onto your left leg; to turn right, you do the same for your right leg.
To stop, you shift your weight down onto your heels, again without leaning your whole body back. After a short practice in a safe place with your Swagtron, these subtle movements will feel natural, and soon you won’t even have to think about them as you execute your moves.
Swagtron users have called the Swagtron smooth, predictable and intuitive to ride.
Explore your environment
After you’ve practiced with your Swagtron around the house a bit, you’ll be ready to hit the road and see more of the world around you—and to let the world around see you, too!
You may want to start riding your Swagtron on smooth pavement on a level surface, such as a path through a park. Save the more challenging, rough riding locations with dirt, gravel, potholes or hills until you’re more comfortable riding.
You and your Swagtron can venture out for about 12 miles on a charge, depending on the environment you’re riding in and other factors. You’ll notice when the Swagtron starts to run out of battery. It begins to slow down gradually, so don’t worry that it will suddenly stop and dump you off. You’ll get adequate warning.
When you get back home, you can fully recharge it in an hour and be right back on the road again. If you happen to be out when it’s getting dark, your Swagtron has LED headlights.
If you want even more attention when you go about town, personalize your Swagtron ride by getting some cool vinyl decals or stickers. Whether you use the Swagtron as it comes out of the box or personalize it, it gives you a whole lot of fun for the buck.
